Is there a minimum order?
No. Case packs ship at 1+ and qualify for the 10% tier discount starting at 2 cases per product. Order what you need, when you need it.
Do you offer volume discounts for businesses?
Yes — case packs are priced in tiers: 10% off 2–4 cases, 20% off 5–9 cases, and 30% off 10+ cases per product. Tax-exempt resale accounts are welcome too.
Can I open a tax-exempt resale account?
Absolutely. Send us your reseller certificate and state ID via the inquiry form and we'll flag your account tax-exempt within one business day.
Can I get a sample blade before ordering a case?
Yes. For qualified buyers we ship sample blades free. Mention sample request in the inquiry form along with the vehicle or blade style you need.
What's the lead time on large orders?
Stock case packs ship next business day from our US warehouse. Orders of 100+ cases or custom kits typically ship within 3–5 business days — we'll confirm a firm date when you submit your PO.
Do you support drop-ship?
Yes. Drop-ship is enabled for approved resellers and online retailers. We can ship directly to your customer with your branding on the packing slip.
How do I spec wipers for a mixed fleet?
Send your vehicle list (year/make/model and rough counts) via the inquiry form and we'll build a SKU list for every unit. Saves you the catalog lookup and avoids reorder headaches.
What if a blade doesn't fit as ordered?
We own it. If a blade doesn't fit the vehicle as ordered, we'll ship the correct kit at no cost. No restocking fees, no return shipping charges.
