We want you to be happy with your Clix wipers. Most orders ship free in 1–2 days from our US warehouse, and our US-based team answers our own phone and email — so if anything’s not right, you’re talking to a real person who can help.
30-Day Returns
If you’d like to return or exchange your wipers, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll start the process with you. A few things to know:
- Prior authorization is required. Reach out before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — returns sent without authorization can’t be processed.
- Return conditions apply. Items should be in resalable condition. Some products may not qualify; our team will confirm when you contact us.
- How to start: email service@windshieldwipers.com or use our contact page with your order number and what you’d like to do.
- Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, refunds are typically processed within a few business days to your original payment method.
Wrong fit? If a verified-fit kit doesn’t fit your year, make, and model as ordered, you don’t need to return anything — contact us and we’ll send the correct kit at no cost.
1-Year Warranty
Clix wipers are covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use. If you experience an issue:
- Contact us first. Our team will help troubleshoot the problem and determine the best solution — often a quick fix gets you back on the road faster than a replacement.
- Photo or video verification may be required so we can confirm the issue and get you the right resolution.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, damage from misuse, improper installation, or fitment outside the product’s listed application.
