Return & Refund Policy
We want you on the road with a clear windshield. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to start a return
All returns require prior authorization. Contact us at service@windshieldwipers.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we'll email you return instructions and the address to ship to. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return conditions
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt). Blades that have been installed or used are only eligible for return if they are defective (see warranty below). Conditions apply and eligibility is confirmed on inspection.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at service@windshieldwipers.com.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at service@windshieldwipers.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for a photo or short video to speed up the resolution.
1-year limited warranty
Clix wiper blades are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a blade fails due to a manufacturing defect within that period, contact service@windshieldwipers.com. Photo or video documentation may be required. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once your return is approved) and place a new order for the correct product.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-returnable. Used or installed blades are non-returnable unless they qualify under the 1-year limited warranty above.
Business & wholesale (case pack) orders
Case-pack and business orders follow the same 30-day, prior-authorization return process. Cases must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible. Contact our business team at sales@windshieldwipers.com to arrange a return.
