RV & Motorhome Wiper Blades: Sizes, Fit, and How to Choose

RV and motorhome wipers are much larger than car blades — often 26" to 32"+, and we carry sizes up to 40" — and many use a heavy-duty jumbo hook arm rather than the small hook on passenger cars. The fastest way to get the right blades is to enter your motorhome in our finder or browse our RV collection.

Why RV wipers are different from car wipers

Three things set motorhome wipers apart:

  • Size. Big flat windshields need long blades. Class A coaches commonly run blades in the high-20s to low-30s (inches) per side. We stock up to 40".
  • Arm type. Many RVs use a larger jumbo hook connector, which a standard car hook blade won't fit. Some use pinch-tab or other heavy-duty arms — so match the connector, not just the length.
  • Chassis-based fit. A motorhome's wipers are often determined by its chassis (for example a Ford, Freightliner, or Workhorse chassis under a Class A or C coach) rather than the coach brand alone. Two very different-looking RVs on the same chassis can take the same blades.

How to find your RV's wiper size

1. Use the vehicle finder. Enter your motorhome's make and model and we'll match verified sizes. Find your RV.

2. Browse the RV collection. See RV-specific blades and sizes in one place. Shop RV wipers.

3. Measure your current blade. Lay a tape measure along the blade end to end. RV blades are large, so double-check — and note the driver and passenger sizes separately (they can differ). Measured an odd number? Round down to the nearest even size.

Jumbo hook and RV arm types

The jumbo hook is the most common heavy-duty RV connector — a larger version of the standard hook. Our Clix RV blades use a jumbo-hook fit and snap on in seconds, the same click-on install as the rest of the Clix line. If your RV uses a different arm (pinch tab or another heavy-duty style), confirm it with our Wiper Arm Identification guide so you order the right connector.

Class A, B, and C — what to expect

  • Class A (big bus-style coaches): the largest blades, often high-20s to 30s per side, usually jumbo hook.
  • Class C (cab-over, built on a van/truck chassis): frequently share wiper specs with the underlying Ford/Chevy/Mercedes chassis.
  • Class B (camper vans): typically closest to their base van's wipers.

Because fit is chassis-driven, always confirm with the finder or the RV collection rather than guessing by class alone.

Frequently asked questions

What size wiper blades does an RV use?
Bigger than a car — commonly 26"–32"+ per side, and we carry sizes up to 40". Use the vehicle finder for your exact motorhome.

What is a jumbo hook wiper?
A larger heavy-duty version of the standard hook connector used on many motorhomes. Our Clix RV blades fit jumbo-hook arms.

Are RV driver and passenger blades the same size?
Not always — measure or check both sizes; we list them as a pair.

Can I find my RV wipers by chassis?
Yes. RV wiper fit is often chassis-based (Ford, Freightliner, Workhorse, etc.). The finder and RV collection account for this.
